Go Beyond MLS: Which Listings Do You Sell?

    One of my good friends in Michigan is a realtor and he told me he usually tries to "upgrade" a client if they want a certain property he'll try and get em into something a little bit more expensive. But usually they are set on their first choice, which works out as an easier sale and a happier client

    Very few times if any have I ever sold the actual listing that a buyer called on. Usually I show 10-20 more to find the home that fits their needs.
