But, for allot of us who signed up it is not over and eperks threats and lies as well as collection practices need to stop. it is one thing to pay for a service and get what was promised. It is another to be lied too, and misled into believing full refunds were to be given and advertising would be done and was being done. If you have been sent to collections by eperks, please let us all know what happened. Did they really send it to collections? Did they send it to an attorney? Thanks

Re: What Do ePerks and Reply.com Have In Common?

I just got a collection notice from eperks. They said they would report me to the credit bureaus and send it over to an attorney. They lied to me about giving a full refund and that they heavily advertised when I do not a single ad on TV or the web. I was promised leads that never came. I disputed this with my credit card company and eperks is bullying me into paying them for something they did not deliver.

Re: What Do ePerks and Reply.com Have In Common?

Consider this a last warning. Many of the links have rotted away, but there's some telling details about BB's "management style"...: http://despondev.blogspot.com/2006/08/o-sweet-v...

Re: What Do ePerks and Reply.com Have In Common?

Yeah - Payam is Ben's uncle.. Ben is a little crazier though. Blood is thicker than water, but when Ben walked out of Reply without notice and took a bunch of the engineers, it ended in a lawsuit between the two (who says blood is thicker than water.) Now apparently Ben is running after his former employees, threatening lawsuits and harassing them for leaving his company. He's even stalking one guy. What a mess! Guess that's what happens when you want to be rich and don't want to bother making money the honest way!

Re: What Do ePerks and Reply.com Have In Common?

They DONT know what they are doing..I agreed to the subscription then they could not deliver what they said.SO I said cancel my subscription they they said OK..Then a few weeks later someone calls about the $100 bill. But I did not know that know that Ben's
maternal uncle works at Reply.com. But there was an about page at Reply.com
were it was clearly stated that Zamani is Behrouzi's uncle. They have taken
the page down.... But not before I had archived it. It will come handy one
day. :)

Re: What Do ePerks and Reply.com Have In Common?

As per my understanding from former Directors of eEPERKS.COM
Ben and Payam are related by blood, thats right Payam Zamani & Behnam Behrouzi are related as Payam is Behnams' Maternal Uncle his mom's real brother who btw is an employee at Reply.com?????
