Vlad, I used it on my Auto Trends blog although I must admit I haven't updated it in awhile, therefore it may not always load properly. Regardless, it is one of the niftiest tools you can use to give your blog a professional look, one that few others seem to be using.

Matt, I think one of the reasons that webmasters shy away from this plugin is of it's complexity. You really need to spend time to truly get to know it.
There is however another plugin, a less complicated one http://thomas.stachl.me/plugins/wordpress-galle... - this one uses the WordPress' native media setup yet it integrates JW Image Rotator- give that a try you might like it. For me it did not work. I need it more flexibility therefore I went with NextGEN.
