Go Beyond MLS: Things That Really P*** Me Off

    Great post. I think that agents that are trying to sell listings before they go to MLS in many respects are shooting themselves in the foot. Not only do they do disservice to their client their sphere of influence as far as other agents are concerned is probably non-existent.

    Hello "Guest Poster No. 1" - I recommend that you never switch industries to work in IT Support (something I have so far had the displeasure to do twice) it'd be just like not switching at all - LOL. On the other hand the difference between some users and some agents appears to be... um... not a lot. I have a nasty feeling that a certain kind of person exists in this world just to be hated by the people that have to support them. Perhaps there is a simple explanation for why people behave like they do (like brain fell out or something) but my industry has some of those too - I feel for you because I recognise that exasperated cry of "For the Love of sanity - WHY!?"

    We've been in the biz about 7 years, so yeah I guess we are a little new. I could have added a few more beefs, but I thought the ones I posted were a good start. Feel free to post more if you like! The law and ethics code are both certainly list-worthy! Thanks for commenting!
