Actually an exclusive buyer agency is a company that never lists homes and never works for sellers.

So, if a buyer is working with one, they never have to worry about their relationship turning into dual agency.

Nice Post... I know 3 Exclusive Buyer's Agents that have me sold on using a buyer's agent especially when they are Exclusive.
