I beg to differ about the comment that "there is no certain way for a real estate company to calculate return on investment when it comes to traditional pay per click advertising, since the actual transaction does not take place on the website".&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If the landing page for the ad collects the identity of the lead, e.g. download a useful PDF, the subsequent transaction can be linked to the source. Make the landing page memorable in some way and a buyer will remember that they came via a PPC ad.
