I have found that this plugin had been conflicting with my other plugins,
especially WP Super Chace.... So I stopped using it. Besides, the Disqus
does the job now.

I can't lie...I haven't really focused on my Feedburner stats in a while. As a matter of fact, once Google completely took over to where you had to have a Google account to access your Feedburner stats, I all but completely stopped paying attention to it. I mainly use StatCounter to gauge visitor and pageview numbers...my blog has never had a large subscriber account...guess I'm too long-winded (LOL).

Don't forget the Google local results are displayed right on the top of the page, below the PPC and above the organic searches. I have a few websites that are #1 position in the organic listings and still get clicked on more from the local listings.

Is the FeedCount is enabled in your Feedburner account? You can find it
under the "Publicize" tab.

I have had an ongoing beef with Disqus. But their latest improvements pretty
much dispelled all my reservations.

I think it is time for hourly real estate fees. The real estate attorneys work that way, general contractors and handymen work that way. I think it will begin to change as customers see the continuing decline in the effectiveness of print advertising. As they no longer see realtors ads consumers will begin to question what it is exactly that is done for the money paid out. As this begins to happen, and people are more educated, and the offering of real estate services by the hour becomes known as an option, people will see that they are paying alot of money to have their agent available at 11:00 PM on Saturday to question why there were no showings all day.
