Thank you. I can tell you how much I appreciate it.
First, I am canceling my eperks membership - would never work with a company that goes after fellow bloggers and associates.
Secondly, I will be donating to the fund.
Third, I will write a post on this to spread the word.
Hang in there Vlad!

Also, I just checked and thankfully I was confusing ePerks with another company so I do not have a membership or an affiliation with them. Whoopie! Wouldn't want to be supporting a company like that!
Thank you. Words can't express my gratitude.
I hope it works out for you and here my post about it! My donation will follow as soon as I get some funds back into my personal account!

Thank you. Freedom of speech is not free after all. But it sure is worth
fighting for.
Hang in there!

I wish my "voice" was equal to that of Andy Bear, Aaron Wall or Greg Swann. However since this entire thing did span out of a "paid review" bloggers out there should definitely know how dangerous paid reviews really can be.
I am really not looking for publicity here. And I am not going to write an "e-book" about it, as some suggested in the past. I just would hate to see any other blogger going through this sort of bullying.

I also wrote a follow-up post on that blog.
I just donated. I will get a post up about this. Perhaps in my small way I can help this go viral. I what I have read around the net E-perks sucks. I hope they crash and burn in court.
I didn't see it in the suit but I thought I read it earlier. Is ePerks trying to shut your site down or have comments removed? You are offering to allow comments on your site. When someone comments they are accepting your offer. The valuable ink in return is consideration for the license to use the comment. Eperks attempts to remove such comments is a tort "interference with contract" Where do I sign up to sue them? Heck they have more money than you do!

So public participation and California's anti-SLAPP regulations are based on what?
By the way I never claimed I am a lawyer.
